Application process
In order to obtain your certification, you need to
- Fulfill the requirements listed above
- Submit your application form Found Here
- Attach the following documents to your application
- A copy of your professional license
- Course completion certificate
Once your application has been approved you’ll receive an email confirming receipt. Allow up to 4 weeks to receive your approval.
*The certification is valid for one year from the date of approval
Recertification
After your first year as a certified professional, you can renew it for 2 years. For a 2-year renewal, you will require 12 hours of CE training in a field related to integrative medicine and nutrition. CE’s for ethics and or culture are also eligible.
Certification renewal process
In order to obtain your certification renewal, you need to
- Fulfill the requirements listed above
- Pay your recertification application fee payment of $99.99 USD for 2 years
- Fill a recertification application form Found Here
- Attach the following documents to your application
- Statement asserting your clinical license is in good standing
- Statement that you have maintained # of CE’s
